Music is the food for a person's soul, and with that sentiment in mind Bassbaba Sumon has named his upcoming solo album "Soul Food". Bassist and front man of the popular rock band Aurthohin, Sumon (a.k.a. Bassbaba) has come up with this new instrumental album where majority of the focus will be on the bass guitar. He has announced that extraordinary and talented musicians from around the world has helped and collaborated with him to complete his solo project. The album is due to be released this year, and the singer-songwriter has also said that a formal press briefing will take place in upcoming February where further details about the album and the launch shall be discussed.

His band Aurthohin may also make a comeback with their new album "Cancer er Nishikabbo" later in April, which will mark the band's return after over 4 years following their last album "Aushomapto 2" back in 2011.
