Agnee 2, the highly anticipated sequel to the hit Mahiya Mahi starrer Agnee, was released this Eid with much fanfare. Everyone knew it would be a blockbuster but boy, we weren't even close.

The movie has become such a hit that theaters around the country are adding in around 6 show times to cope with audience demand whereas normally there are only 4. The movie was produced under Jazz Multimedia and directed by Iftekhar Chowdhury and co starred Kolkata actor Om.
