Bengal Art Lounge will be screening "Architecture for Green Living" – a 26- minute documentary by Mara Corradi and Roberto Ronchi on Architect Rafiq Azam. The screening will be held at the Bengal Art Lounge (60, Gulshan Avenue, Road 131, Circle - 1, Dhaka - 1212) on May 15 at 6:30pm, says a press release.
Rafiq Azam is one of the most significant contemporary architects from Bangladesh. His work, although contemporary, has a very individual, strong reading of the Bangladeshi landscape. His work is modern, sensitive to its context and relevant in its discourse.
