On the occasion of Chayanika Chowdhury's milestone of directing 200 TV plays and her 12 years in the industry, three TV stations -- ATN Bangla, Ekushey TV and Maasranga Television are airing some of her most noted works throughout the month. Maasranga are airing Chayanika's plays “Surjaster Agey”, “Pora Prem” and “Golmal” -- every Friday midnight.
ATN Bangla will air her plays “Maya”, “Bikeler Alo”, “Haraye Khuji Tarey” and “Neel Kuashaye”. Ekushey TV will also feature four TV dramas, namely “Ami Tumi Tinjoney”, “Nirbachito Dukkho Koshto”, “Jayga Shuddho Bari” and “SMS”.
Chayanika Chowdhury expressed her gratitude to the TV channels for the honour, and said she was grateful to the TV viewers for supporting her ventures and inspiring her.
