A delegation of government law officers made a courtesy call on President Shahabuddin Ahmed at Bangabhaban yesterday, reports UNB.

The 33-member delegation, led by Attorney General K S Nabi, apprised the President of some of their professional problems which require immediate attention for speedy disposal of cases.

They also apprised him of their insufficient pay and allowance and other facilities.

The President gave them a patient hearing and said that he would look into these matters.
