Former BNP lawmaker Shamsuzzoha Khan was arrested yesterday under Emergency Power Rules.
The law enforcers picked up Khan from the court premises at the district headquarters at 5:30pm.
Police Superintendent Sarder Nurul Amin said Anti-Crime Regional Committee of Bogra and local law enforcers jointly arrested Khan, former MP from Naogaon-2 constituency. He was wanted in a number of criminal cases.
