Mahiya Mahi, who made her debut on the big screen only a few years ago, has gained much popularity as an actress. She is at present the most sought-after heroine in Dhallywood.

Mahi's new film “Onek Sadher Moyna” is releasing today in 76 cinema halls across the country. The film, based on noted director Kazi Zahir's “Moynamoti”, is expected to be a hit. The film released last week in Chitra Cinema Hall in the old town since the hall is owned by Kazi Zahir. Bappi and Anisur Rahman Milon have co-starred with Mahi in the film.

The actress is busy shooting for a number of new films. During last Eid, Mahi's film “Honeymoon” was released, which saw a good turnout of cine lovers. She has also appeared in “Bhalobasha Ajkal” against Shakib Khan. Apart from films, Mahi recently gained popularity for a Uniliver commercial.
