Punjabi Food Festival at Khazana

Khazana invites the foodies of Dhaka to a gastronomical expedition of Amritsar with lip-smacking Punjabi food. For a full authentic experience, visiting Master Chef Deepak from Radisson Blu, India, has delved into the culinary secrets of the region and drawn inspiration from the traditional eateries and their most relished dishes.

Punjab has always been identified as a land of gaiety and merrymaking, where festivals are celebrated with much exuberance and fanfare. Taking inspiration from this, a scrumptious menu has been created, which includes specially-crafted delicious non-vegetarian dishes like Bhatti Ka Murgh, Rara Gosht and Machli Amritsari. Vegetarians can relish upon Pindi Chana, Ma ki Daal, Rajma and much more.

These mouth-watering dishes are available at the live counters with the combination of a variety of breads, stuffed Kulchas and Lassi. With an array of delicious traditional desserts like Gajar Ka Halwa, Kulfi, and Faluda to end the sumptuous meal, the experience is truly Punjabi.

The carefully crafted menu uses traditional spices and fresh ingredients, keeping in mind healthy nutritional balance and preserving wholesome goodness.

This festival will start from February 20, 2018 at Khazana's Gulshan branch at House No 8, Road No 51, Gulshan 2, Dhaka.
