Miscreants exploded a crude bomb in front of official residence of the Chapainawabganj chief judicial magistrate in the district town this evening.

Jasimuddin, officer-in-charge (OC) of Chapainawabganj Sadar Police Station, the explosion took place around 6:30pm, reports our Chapainawabganj correspondent.

Chapainawabganj Chief Judicial Magistrate Mustakinur Rahman was staying at his house during the attack, the police officer added.

There was no report of injury from the incident.
