A weeklong festival marking 47th Victory Day will begin today at Liberation War Museum in the capital's Segunbagicha.

The festival with the theme "From Human Right Day to Victory Day" will continue till December 16, said organisers.

The programmes including poetry recitation, discussion and cultural events will start at 3:00pm and continue till 8:30pm every day on the museum premises.
