Police recovered the body of a night guard of a packaging factory at Fatullah in Narayanganj Sadar upazila and detained the factory owner yesterday.

The deceased is Abul Kashem Chowdhury, police said.

Quoting Kashem's son Abu Miah, police said factory owner Selim Pathan and Kashem had a feud over money, leading to the murder.

The body was sent to Narayanganj General Hospital morgue for an autopsy.
