The “Institutional and Regulatory Framework for Faecal Sludge Management (FSM)” has been launched at the capital's Department of Public Health Engineering (DPHE) recently.

As chief guest, Nasrin Akter, additional secretary, Local Government Division, launched this framework, says a press release. This framework will act as a guideline for the government and non-government institutions to ensure provisions of better sanitation services for the country's population. The launching ceremony was chaired by Rashedul Huque, chief engineer, DPHE.
