The Youth Development Department will give a credit of Tk 30 crore to 7,886 trained youths countrywide to make them self-reliant.

The department yesterday handed over cheques to the youths in the department's conference room in the capital, said a press release.

The programme was organised by the department to mark the 41st martyrdom anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman where State Minister for Youth and Sports Dr Biren Sikder were present as the chief guest.
