NRB Bank held its 7th annual general meeting at its corporate head office in Dhaka yesterday.

Due to the prevalence of Covid-19, some directors and shareholders were present physically through following proper hygiene rules while others attended virtually, says a press release.

It was presided over by Chairman Mohammed Mahtabur Rahman and attended by Vice Chairman Tateyama Kabir, Chairman of Executive Committee M Badiuzzaman, Chairman of Audit Committee Imtiaz Ahmed, Founder Chairman Iqbal Ahmed and Managing Director and CEO (current charge) Mamoon Mahmood Shah.
