Drama series “Sunflower” will air tonight at 8:15pm. Based on Mezbaur Rahman Sumon's script, the serial is directed by Nazrul Islam Raju.

“Sunflower” stars Tarin Jahan, Apurbo, Urmila Srabonti Kar, Raisul Islam Asad, Shahiduzzaman Selim, Iffat Trisha, Dolly Zahur, Shilpi Sarkar Apu, Khalequzzaman, Joyraj, Anis and Enamul Haq Bachchu.

The story circles around Joya, who lives in a small city in the Northern part of the country at the foot of the Himalayas. Joya has a small family with her mother, father and college-going younger sister. The little electronics shop that they own is their only means of income. A sudden accident forces Joya's father to secretely mortgage the shop and their house. When their shop is on the verge of shutting down due to the lack of mechanics, Joya takes matters into her own hands. The knowledge she gained from her father, and from studying at the Polytechnic Institute gives her the confidence to bring their shop back into business.

The serial airs every Monday and Tuesday.
