Action thrillers have been a popular choice among young filmmakers in the commercial Dhallywood circuit, and one of the most promising films of the year, “Musafir”, releases across the country today. Starring Arifin Shuvo, Misha Sawdagar, and newcomer Marjaan Jenifa in the central roles, the film is directed by Ashiqur Rahman and presented by Perpetual Pictures. 

From the looks of the trailer, the film looks to be a fast-paced crime thriller delving into the underworld of crimes. Shuvo's character, a henchman of sorts, is put in a tight spot and forced to kidnap a certain agent (Jenifa) by a mafia lord. 

The cinematography and action sequences look power-packed, as Shuvo shines in the role of hunky bad boy. The film also seems to have its music nailed down, with a variety of songs picturised glamourously. Konal, Tahsan, Imran and Belal Khan are among the singers, while Naved, Imran and Pritom have composed the songs.
