Bangladesh Diesel Plant (BDP) Ltd organised an exhibition of its products at the capital's Radisson hotel on Thursday evening aiming to promote its business.
BDP Ltd Chairman Lt Gen Anwar Hossain, Managing Director Brig Gen Asif Ahmed Ansary, and civil and military officials, among others, were present.
Operating under Bangladesh Steel and Engineering Corporation, BDP was closed in December 2004 for incurring losses continuously.
With a Tk 74 crore debt, the company was handed over to Bangladesh Army in May 2007 and was made profitable, said an ISPR release.
