Lightning kills 3 in Rangpur

Lightning killed three people including a minor boy and injured seven others in two separate incidents here yesterday.The dead are Rubel, 4, of Islampur in Mithapukur upazila, Khogen Chandra, 40, and Mofa, 35, of Onantarampur in Pirgachha upazila. Police and locals said, Rubel, son of Rafiqul Islam was killed when struck by lightning while he was playing at his house at about 12:45 pm.
