HR Textile okays 5pc dividend
HR Textile Mills Limited, an enterprise of Pride Group, has declared a five percent dividend for its shareholders for the year 2004.The dividend was approved at the 20th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held at the factory premises at Karnapara, Savar in Dhaka on Sunday with Mohammad Abdul Moyeed, chairman and managing director of the company, in the chair. Directors, company secretary and shareholders of the company, among others, were present at the meeting, says a press release.
