Repo auction

The Repo auction of Bangladesh Bank for commercial banks and financial institutions was held here yesterday.Eight bids of 3-day tenor amounting to Tk 387 crore was received, of which five bids amounting to Tk 138.50 crore was accepted. The rate of interest against the accepted bid was 5.50 per cent per annum, said a press release.
